I strongly recommend NEW clients wanting a blonding service to select FULL. Since it would be my first time working with your hair I want to make sure we allow the most time for a thorough consultation. PARTIALS are reserved for those needing to bring up some blonde highlights as a maintenance appointment. Or for those who don’t need a huge transformation but just want some fresh dimension 😍 ALL color service time and pricing include a haircut except for ✨Gloss✨ Keep in mind there are a few services available to you as an add on but aren’t an option for online booking. Feel free to leave an appt note if you’d like to add on any of these. Cancellation Policy
With respect for running a small business “Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a 40% service fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. No shows will be considered cancellations and will be defined as above.” Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be asked to reschedule as will be considered as a no show. This policy is set into place out of respect for the time of both myself and other guests.
Please understand that a 24hr notice will allow enough time to fill that appointment with another guest.
